Light pale yellow with a shallow greenish hue. The aroma is of tropical fruit with lime, citrus, melon fruit and green apples. A faint lifted grassy aroma of Sauvignon Blanc cuts through the lime and melon of Semillon. Fresh, lively and appealing.The palate has great balance finishing slightly dry, with crisp acidity adding length and freshness. An enjoyable wine which is delicate yet generously flavoured.
