A fresh and lightly fruity white wine with delicate floral aromas (think acacia flowers and elder blossoms) and a crisp, dry palate showing almond and honey flavours on the finish. A very versatile wine, but excellent chilled as an a aperitif or with simple fish such as grilled plaice. Also particularly good with Rissotti - simple herb versions are probably best.
