Inky dark red with purple hue in colour, with lifted blackberry characters and white and black pepper aromas. Peppery and spicy bouquet, with berry fruit on the palate, spicy nutmeg and chocolate characters. The oak is well balanced with the acidity leading to a long finish pf persistant fruit and fine grained tannins. Match with steak or a rich lamb dish.
